- Our Free Shipping offer is available in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses do not qualify.
- Items purchased with a PO (purchase order) do not qualify for Free Shipping.
- Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized /overweight products.
- If you return your purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
- Free Shipping may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages once shipment delivery has been confirmed with a valid tracking number. If a package is lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced it is the responsibility of the customer to track or file a claim with UPS. Any issues should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. Should you need any information in the event you need to file a claim with UPS, we will provide it.
Sales tax will be added to orders when applicable. It will be displayed during checkout along with any other pricing information that may pertain to your order.
