I purchased this serum the moment I read it was formulated for people with oily T-zone or "combination" skin. My entire life, I've almost never had a pimple-free T-zone, even when the rest of my skin has been parched with harsh anti-acne washes and prescription and non-prescription creams. I've seen some results with acidic masks, but these leave me with the trade-off of red, aggravated, peeling skin for days after. Even after using p50 and Masque Vivant, I was still experiencing [albeit much smaller] pimples and congestion in my T-zone.
About two weeks ago I began applying this serum to my T-zone after p50 twice a day. I didn't notice any major changes at first. The serum is watery, sinks in immediately and with no burning or tingling sensation it was hard to tell if it was working. However, I stuck with the routine, and when recently prompted to write a review, I looked in the mirror and realized that my T-zone was remarkably clear. Based upon my experience with a myriad of products and using this for over two weeks consistently, I believe it is working and it in the best way possible: I've managed to get my T-zone acne free without the redness, drying and peeling that I'd always figured has to be the natural trade-off.
I ordered the larger, 30ml size of this serum and I've only made a modest dent in the volume despite applying it pretty liberally twice a day, so I imagine it will last me two months or more which also makes it a pretty good value for the $. I'm going to continue to consistently use it, and unless the results of the last two weeks prove to be some fluke, I'll definitely be reordering it well before I run out.
